lamb ribs 1kg
rough red chillies 2tbls
salt to taste
BBQ spice 2 tbsp.
vinegar
let it be a wet marinate
steam it adding little water until ribs are soft
once done remove from stove
transfer to oven tray
in another bowel mix
1/4 cup Worstersauce
2tblsp Smooth apricot jam
2tblsp fine chillies
2 tbsp. Mrs. balls chutney
& 1/4 cup sweet & sour braai sauce
mix all together & pour mixture over ribs & grill for few min
