1 kg mutton cubes
1 1/2 large onions sliced
3 tomatoes processed
Cubed and fried potatoes
1 TBLS red ginger garlic masala
3 Tsp Shans biryani spice
1/2 tsp arad
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp saumf powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1 bay leave
Few curry leaves
Green dhania
2 green chillies
1 level tsp Brown sugar
Saffron colour
1/4 tsp Garam masala
Make wagaar with onions and ghee/oil. Add curry leaves, Cinnamon stick, saumf seeds, whole jeeru, bay leave. Allow to brown slightly. Remove from heat, add ginger garlic masala, biryani mix, arad, sugar, green chillie, salt to taste. stir well and return to heat. add meat stir until well coated. cook on medium until meat is tender. and saffron colour.. when infused add tomato and cook on medium heat. add potatoes and 1 cup boiling water. add garam masala, jeeru powder and saumf powder. garnish with dhania!
NB: BUNNY CHOW CAN BE MADE WITH CHICKEN AND BEANS..
