½ kg chicken fillet (stripped)
1 tblsp ginger garlic masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry dhana
1 tsp arad
1 tsp red chillies
5 tblsp lemon juice
1 large potato (cubed)
Ghee/oil
Mix the above ingredients together. Cook till completely done. Make about 6 rotis, place chicken filling in the center, drizzle with tomato sauce and mayo. Roll stiffly, cut in half, pack in foil containers and its ready to eat.
Crepes Recipe
1 cup flour 2 cups milk 1 egg Pinch of salt 1 tbs sugar 1 tbs oil Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Fry in a large medium hot pan with butter for 1 minute on each side. Serve with cinnamon sugar or whipped cream & fresh fruit.
