1 ltr milk
1 tin condensed milk
1 tin dessert cream
1 tsp china grass powder
2 tsp custard powder
1 tin fruit 25ml fruit cocktail
250ml fresh cream (optional)
Place sago in a bowl and cover sago with water.
Mix custard with water to dissolve
In a separate cup mix china grass powder with water to dissolve.
Pour milk in medium size pot and bring to boil
Add sago custard and china grass mixtures to boiled milk and stir until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir in condensed milk then dessert cream.
Pour mixture into a bowl and stir +- half of the fruit cocktail
Decorate pudding with whipped fresh cream and remaining fruit cocktail.
