Ingredients:
½ kilo beef mince
1 medium onion chopped
1 Tbsp green chilies
1 Tbsp ginger
½ Tbsp garlic
1 egg
½ packet chappli kabaab masala (Shan spice)
Cut fine dhania
Rince mince. Add the above ingredients and mix well, make the kabaab flat or round and fry in shallow oil until golden brown. Eat with dhania chutney
