Ingredients :
3 green mangos
1 bunch dhania
6-8 green chillies
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
White vinegar
½ teaspoon jeeru
Green colouring
Method :
Liquidize all above ingredients except green colouring.Lastly add colouring. To restore the lovely green colour, keep chutney in freezer. Take out an hour before serving.
