2 tsp ground green chillies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 small onion finely grated
1 small tomato finely chopped
? cup green pepper, finely chopped.
Method:
Cut hake into portions. Combine all ingredients and marinate fish for 30 minutes. Place in a baking tray and drizzle olive oil over fish. Bake at 180C FOR 20 ? 25 MINUTES.

3-4 big green chillies, juice of 1 lemon few coriander leaves few tomato slices oil
Method:
Brush the fish slices with oil and lemon juice and apply salt and garlic paste and curry powder and leave aside for ? hour. Then spread the sliced onion and green chillies on top of the fish steaks and beak for 15 min in a moderately heated oven. Garnish with tomato slices and coriander leaves and serve with salads.
